Here is what Inter president Massimo Moratti said about the decision of the federal court of the FIGC to dismiss the case regarding the Nerazzurri club’s involvment in Calciopoli because the statute of limitations has expired.

“The matter has been quite clearly defined. With all due respect, the Federation can discuss it but the case should be closed because it has been dismissed. It’s normal for me, I don’t get anxious about this sort of thing,” added Moratti when asked how he felt after the federal court’s decision. “I simply observed how it went.”
