EXCLUSIVE: Manchester United & Inter Agree on Transfer Values Wesley Sneijder
Manchester United have reached an agreement with Inter about the transfer of Wesley Sneijder. Approved the transfer fee which reached 35.2 million pounds.
The negotiation process was entering the next phase, in which United had the opportunity to discuss the value of the contract with the player.
However, as revealed GOAL.com sources, there are differences in the desire of both parties about the value of salaries. Parties Sneijder wants a salary at least 200 thousand pounds per week, while United only prepared to pay no more than 170 thousand pounds.
Even so, it is believed that the difference of 30 thousand pounds could reach the meeting point in the week.
There is also the problem of club deal, sources claim GOAL.com chief executive David Gill is ready to meet the demand for a set price for Sneijder Inter after a meeting in a few days back.
United also ensure that Gill had gone to Zurich to meet with representatives of Inter in the European Club Association meeting, but sources at Inter Milan claimed Gill had time to yesterday to discuss specifically the transfer of Sneijder.
With the club reached the deal, United's focus now is to come to terms with Sneijder parties around issues of personal contracts.
Sneijder itself today following the pre-season training session at the Inter Pinzolo, Italy. Sneijder still has a contract with Inter until 2015.
